The Center Stretch
Grip your penis with your hand just below the head. The grip should be firm but not to the extend of being painful
Pull your penis directly out in front of you until you feel a good stretch in the middle of the penis and the base
Hold it there and count to twelve slowly
Repeat step 2 and 3 for five repetitions
Swing your penis around for approximately 20 seconds.
The Left Stretch
Grip your penis with your hand just below the head. The grip should be firm but not to the extend of being painful
Pull your penis out to the left
Hold it there and count to twelve slowly
Repeat step 2 and 3 for five repetitions
Swing your penis around for around 12 seconds
The Right Stretch
Grip your penis with your hand just below the head. The grip should be firm but not to the extend of being painful
Pull your penis out to the left
Hold it there and count to twelve slowly
Repeat step 2 and 3 for five repetitions
Swing your penis around for around 12 seconds
